Almost Daily Cute

Most of the puppies eyes are open and they descend upon poor Kate as soon as she enters the whelping box. She lets them all latch on and then plops on her side. Puppies squirt out on both sides but somehow never let loose. They are so cute, I can spend hours watching them. I have been late to work everyday this week.

Our theme for this litter will be World War II - we are thinking of:
ROSIE THE RIVETER
ENOLA GAY
MEMPHIS BELLE
WINSTON CHURCHILL
FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT
PEARL HARBOR
I SHALL RETURN
DOUGLAS MACARTHUR
Any suggestions..........

Laura, this is a link to WW II Medal of Honor Winners -- one might ring a bell: http://www.worldwariihistory.info/Medal-of-Honor/

"D-Day" might be a good name as well. I was excited about "Over There" but then realized it was from WW I.

I renew my objection to Enola Gay!! Even the pilot said later that he regretted that he named the plane after his mother.

ok so I google WWII slogans and the first one I came upon was:

"Over paid, over sexed and over here"

(I know you want to name a pup that!)

Late to work? Shoot, I'd be absent!!! I love the age when they start to realize there is a world around them. :-) So cute!
